ENGIE, a global reference in low-carbon energy and services, sought to develop a strategy to increase brand visibility in Latin America and stimulate the recruitment of professionals by positioning its Employer Brand.
To do this, we created ¿Cuánta Energía Tienes? ENGIE (How Much Energy Do You Have?), a program that works in synergy between the areas of Corporate Communication and Human Capital.
In 4 years, we generated the registration of more than 15 thousand qualified professionals and reached more than 5 million users, both on Social Media and on the CET online platform.
